For Professionals:
Fall Mentorship Program

Over the past eight years, I've built and operated a private-pay, in-home fitness business serving medically complex older adults — including individuals with chronic conditions, neurological diagnoses, post-hospital needs, and those receiving palliative or hospice-related support.

Katrina Wolf, owner of Agewell Senior Fitness

Many rehab professionals and experienced exercise physiologists have asked how to responsibly transition into this type of private-pay work outside traditional insurance-based settings. This mentorship focuses on the business side of that transition.

Who This Is For

  • PTAs, COTAs, PTs, OTs, and experienced exercise physiologists
  • Professionals already confident in working with medically complex older adults
  • Those seeking to build a private-pay model grounded in clear scope and strong referral relationships

What We’ll Cover

  • Structuring a private-pay, in-home service model
  • Pricing and consultation design
  • Referral relationships and community positioning
  • Clear scope boundaries between therapy and fitness
  • Operational realities and common business mistakes

This program does not teach exercise programming or clinical skills. Participants are expected to already possess the professional competencies required to work within their scope.

Investment: $1500

Structure

  • 6-week cohort
  • 90-minute live weekly sessions (Zoom)
  • Small group (2–4 participants)
  • One 20-minute 1:1 call included
  • Email support during the program

This is a paid pilot launching mid-September and will be kept intentionally small.

Application required. Limited to 4 participants
