Balance training is one of the most important components of a program for adults over 55. Balance is comprised of many systems, our expert trainers know how to address all those systems to improve balance.


You begin losing muscle mass in your 30s. A progressive strength training program is integral for joint and bone health as well as maintaining independence as you get older.


Staying on track is hard! Having a trainer show up several times a week keeps you or your loved one on track! Making exercise fun also helps motivate clients to keep moving. Our clients look forward to their trainers visits.

Our trainers come to you! You can choose in home sessions in Mid Maryland or virtual sessions anywhere in the US. Don’t worry about weather, getting out of the house or large groups of people. Our in home trainers follow all COVID precautions.
